Eight thirty in the morning...the scent of freshly brewed aromatic organic coffee tickles my nose and softly awakens me from a deep relaxing good night sleep. As I still keep my eyes closed I enjoy listening to the mating song of the eager little black island swallows, chirping, chatting and singing their song, a symphony greeting another beautiful day. The island sounds blend with the rising aromas of home made baked pastries, bread, veggie egg muffins, banana pancakes, toasted cinnamon granola, bacon,... or is it something else? I don´t know. I will allow my curious mind to be enchanted at the breakfast table. What a mouth watering medley of flavours, a gift to my senses!
